Due to the nature of grocery products:

  • We do not accept returns on food and grocery items

  • This includes rice, lentils, beans, spices, snacks, sauces, and other consumable goods

Once delivered, these items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.


❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item

  • A missing item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable grocery items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Opened or used products
